How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your labels are printed.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns on opened bottles. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is an error in your shipment, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
Do I need to refrigerate my sauce after opening?
Yes. To maintain the best flavor, color, and freshness, we recommend refrigerating all TorchBearer products after the seal has been broken.
